Today went for Public Duty at the Delta Sports complex wacth the guys and girls play basketball..they look very pro and they play until very rough..haiyoo....than catholic high one of the male basketball player sort of fracture his left wrist?? can't remember...his right arm or wrist was numbed than no feeling...make a big mistake today i tie arm sling wrong!!!! OMG..felt so guilty....after that didn't really talked much went back school emo....~ hais...felt so stupid even this kind of thing also can tie wrong..hais so digaceful...OMG....!!!~~~ well yeah ....HAIS !!! no use crying over spilled milk!!!~ guess through this i realised i still have dificulties in handling real life conditions....not confident enough...when its real i actually forgot what am i suppose to do...hais how in the world i got into comp team?! hiie long time never update liao...today had training in school from 8.00am - 1.00pm ok bahs we did 2 nursing case and 2 first aid case, guess we did one round of footdrill....had gastric pains in the morning than drink milo ready got cramps..hais went to tiong park with Fiqah and Rai had fun Rai keep screaming took some pictures will post later bahs guess not very clear...haas went home around 3.00pm+ ??? yesterday went to the GOOD NEWS SINGAPORE with EVANGELIST REINHARD BONNKE...mum wanted me to go....so go lorhs ok bah just that's irs rather boring and quite funny.....oh its at the singapore indoor stadium....went home late ....its really amazing i must say i saw the wheel-chaired bound people started to STAND UP!!! some even walked!!! it said that this mother of three children two girls and one boy they have been blind but when they went for this healing service the smallest child, the girl, bend down to pick up a HAT!!! all of them had perfect eyesight in just one second!!! its really cool! one teenage gril had to breath on the oygen kinda thing and could not walk but after the prayer she could breathe on her own and even started to walk !!! that's totally amazing....hais....anyway had fun in trainig training and competition is next SATURDAY....haven't BUY hairspray sias !!!

hiie people...today went HQ with the competitors of comp team...yea than morning went sch with Fiqah, Rai and upstairs senior. yea....i was like late for 15mins!! hais so paiseh make upstairs senior wait for so long than down there sweating like shit somemre Fiqah had cramps than we wait slightly longer...went to look for Rai at mac than walk to sch tgt...realised Fiqah left arm has slight long cuts well they are not really deep but yea its there asked her she denies it at first but tells me later which made me so upset that i cried in the bus....alot of times...was sitting alone yea...Fiqah behind me so never cry so loud larhs ltr she oso cry...had menstrual cramps!!! like WTH !!! pain sias in the briefing room random random got than suddenly fall in half way got sias but that one still can tahan..than when goin home time suddenly pain again like very the HELL pain sias...squad down there cry..aiyooo...today my first time have menstrual cramps previously when i had my menses also no cramp one even if have also a little while thjan no more le....didn't expect it to be like today..yea but lucky me i made it to my tution and back home safely with no cramps on the way...if not than die liao los....

today's a horrid day!!! i found out that Syafiqah had gone to see the doctor which is a good thing but the freaking doctor said she has to stay out of school for 2 days..well that's ok for me so long as she comes back but what made me sad was not that she can't come for training for the next two weeks it was the fact that she was no longer a reserved but a steward !!! WTH ?! i'm not trying to be selfish here by insisting that Syafiqah should be the reserved and no one else that Syafiqah should risk her life just to be with us to be the reserved...its just that when i thought of Syafiqah put in soo much effort and she had her operation she still comes for regular trainings and tahan soo much and now not only did she not get into comp team she did not even get to be a reserved and totally demoted her to be a steward?!!?! like what the H*** !!! its really very unfair they said that syafiqah don't mind than why should i cry over it? but i really can't help myself....my heart goes out to Fiqah and because she's my friend i can't pity her as she'll feel more upset...how i wish i could control myself the next training when i see her if not than i'll break down and start crying....when i thought of the happy and sad times we've been through in trainings....it really breaks my heart that now it happen like that...especially Fiqah,..she's such a nice pretty and adorable girl and she's only 14..she has to face so many problems her leg cramps..her appendix pain..her down-stairs pain...heard from Rai she has low blood pressure....hais...don;t what to do now...we need to select a reserved as the mams tiink that Eunice can't take over Jes Jes if she hyper ventilate neither can she take over if Rai down-stairs pain or can't shout timing so the mams say want put her in NA team as steward..i don't noe larhs!! i very confused now larhs!! tml got ballet exam than so many things happen...

yo! today's APRIL'S FOOL DAY!!! yup i totally forgot about it...until i was reminded....but we had fun today...well we tried to fool Mrs Soong but yea she's smart she saw true it...heard sangkee said ahmad fooled their tamil teacher by bluffing ahmad fainted haas! well mr thong fooled us by saying there was a remedial until 3.30pm!!! i totally freaked out!!! yea i trust people too easily that's why my family says i'm too naive ...its like yea..watever...the fun really begins when it comes to math lesson we got aishah to do the fainting at 1.10pm yea its really soo real....ms lio got shocked....the plan was that aishah's supposed to go up to ms lio and ask for a pass to go to the loo and she'll faint at the door step of the classroom....yea it worked she landed with a 'thud' sound and we all stood up and shouted aishah aishah ms lio reaction was like what?! huh?! shocked reaction....! well yea she ran towards aishah and started to shout " Is there any SJAB here?!" she looked so ignorance of what's going on and the class started lughing and so did aishah..so she was like " why are you all laughing???!!" yup than we shouted APRIL'S FOOL !!!~ she was soo embarrased then...she's really cute..my maths teacher soo adorable!!!!
